Refund Timeline
- ✔All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 30 days from the date of allotment.
- ✔Refunds will be processed to the same account that the user has provided at the time of application.
100% Refund Guarantee
- ✔If the allotment is not confirmed, a 100% refund will be issued without any deductions or charges.
Cancellation by Allottee
- ✔If an allottee chooses to cancel their allotment, a cancellation charges of ₹11,000/- may apply.
- ✔If no response is received from the allottee regarding the cancellation, the refund process will commence after due diligence.
- ✔Cancellation refunds will be processed within 45 days after verification.
- ✔Refund Only Through NEFT/RTGS, DD or Cheque Only
Disputes
- ✔Any disputes arising in relation to the terms of this refund policy shall be settled amicably through mutual discussion.
- ✔In case of unresolved disputes, the aggrieved party may approach the adjudicating officer under the Real Estate Act.
- ✔The courts at Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this policy.
